ALICIA ARGANZA   Founder and Principal

Alicia Arganza- Founder & Principal

Senior People & Culture Advisor | Executive Leadership Partner

Overview

Alicia is a senior people and culture advisor with more than 25 years of experience partnering with executive teams in complex, regulated environments.

She is most often engaged during periods of transformation, growth, or leadership transition—when organizational clarity has broken down, decision‑making has slowed, and execution has begun to falter.

Alicia helps leaders clarify decision ownership, align expectations, and translate strategy into operating reality. Her work focuses on restoring decision flow and accountability across leadership teams so organizations can move forward with confidence, particularly in environments where risk, regulation, or scale heighten the cost of misalignment.

Professional Experience

Alicia brings deep enterprise experience, including senior HR leadership roles within Fortune 1000 organizations.

Most notably, she spent over two decades at Capital One, where she partnered with senior executives in a highly regulated financial services environment on organization design, workforce strategy, and leadership decisions affecting large, matrixed populations.

She has also served as Vice President, Head of HR in a mission‑driven healthcare organization, supporting the executive team through a period of organizational transition. In this role, her focus was on stabilizing leadership decision‑making, clarifying roles and accountability, and maintaining operational continuity.

Today, through her advisory work, Alicia supports organizations across financial services, healthcare, public sector, and mission‑driven environments.

Leadership Approach

Alicia is known for her calm presence, practical judgment, and ability to help leaders move from ambiguity to action without adding unnecessary complexity.

She does not lead with programs or frameworks; instead, she works directly with senior leaders to simplify decision‑making, clarify priorities, and establish clear accountability so work can progress effectively.

Interim Leadership

In select situations, Alicia provides time‑bound interim leadership support, helping organizations stabilize during periods of transition, maintain decision cadence, and create the conditions for longer‑term direction to be set.
